change management. Her company combines data driven insights with compassionate, human-centered coaching to build cultures that perform at their best. Maria partners with leaders to transform their vision into measurable outcomes by developing clarity, communication, and resilience. With 30 years of professional experience, she has supported high-growth and mission-driven organizations across a variety of industries.

Chair, providing onsite leadership classes as a certified John Maxwell Coach/Trainer and
developing customized strategic planning as a Certified StratOp Facilitator. Maria holds

Maria received her B.S. from Miami University and a master’s in organizational communication
from Kent State University. She resides in Boardman, Ohio with her family and serves as a
Chairwoman for the Spano Foundation.
